My goal is to provide a variety of delicious meals, sides, desserts, and more that incorporate whole and minimally processed ingredients found within the aisles of your supermarket. I encourage cooking your own food to enjoy instead of relying heavily on ultra-processed or fast food. My focus is not on restricting certain foods but instead on learning the nutrition behind a variety of ingredients used in everyday cooking or unique dishes.
While I aim to provide nutritious recipes, I also believe in embracing food and not overly restricting for general health purposes. The nutritional content of recipes varies - some may have a high-fat content while others may be low in calories - this does not mean it should be labeled as “bad” or “good”.
